Please download the return form, print, fill it and add it to the return.

The use of the form is not compulsory for the effective exercise of the right of revocation. The revocation may also be exercised in any other way by means of an express declaration.

The customer bears the direct costs of the goods return.

 

How do I get my money back in case of complaint?

If there is a justified complaint, we will use the same means of payment as you have used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged for these repayment fees.
